Thoughtful and personalized interviews are blended with a thoroughly documented background survey and personality appraisal. Client aspirations, requirements and nuances are discovered. Financial circumstances are surveyed. Valenti matchmaking is highly individualized, circumspect and absolutely discreet.

The first step in the process is the Candidate Assessment. This is a confidential interactive evaluation conducted by a senior resident psychologist. Each Valenti International staff psychologist is a clinical Doctor of Psychology.

Results are not made to fit in a box or a search field. The Valenti staff psychologists interact personally with each candidate and each step in the assessment and matching process.
