THE HISTORY AND FUTURE OF
VALENTI INTERNATIONAL

Valenti International was founded by Irene Valenti in 1990.  Irene Valenti is commonly regarded as the founder of what is today referred to as “matchmaking.”  The organization provides services around the world and allows clients to begin the process over the telephone or in-person as is convenient. “Matchmaking in the European Tradition” is the organization’s constitution.  The theme embodies the heritage of the village matriarch who personally introduced people to fall in love; her heartfelt and intimate knowledge of her townspeople included family values, culture, faith, and of course romance and personality.  

Valenti International was established to meet the needs of accomplished, intelligent, attractive, and selective professional men and women who required a highly personalized service.  By nature people are reluctant to admit that finding a suitable mate may require assistance.  Realistically, such a search is remarkably complicated and beyond the resources available without the help of a professional.

Since inception Valenti International embraced global richness and the opportunities that come without geographic limitations.  By expanding one’s search beyond borders the possibility of meeting the right person is naturally improved; combined with licensed psychologists the process is refined, respectful, and time sensitive.  (see, Process Detail)

The company has historically attracted celebrity figures, entrepreneurs, formally educated professionals, philanthropists, as well as schoolteachers, nurses and stay-at-home mothers. (see, Is this for You)

Valenti International employs a full-time team of on-site psychologists as well as professional consultants and administrative staff to meet the increasing demand for services.  The strength of the company, staff, and client base all continue to grow as the company reaches nearly two decades of matchmaking. 

As part of the organization’s vision and foresight, a Valenti Book addressing changing gender role expectations is forecast for publication in the upcoming months.  Continuing education coursework and certification for coaches is also projected for the near future, with formal educational programs through the Valenti University and staff psychologists.  Already established, the Valenti International Charitable Foundation continues with humanitarian efforts to give back to the community.
